Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment. If an order is cancelled prior to shipment, we will refund your credit card account for the amount charged for the order. We cannot accept any cancellations once your order has shipped, including wine that is ordered in error.
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is corked (has a distinct musty moldy smell) or damaged during shipping. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the corked or damaged wine. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle with the cork securely reinserted for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or damaged. Therefore, we are also unable to accept return of wine that was ordered in error.
Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the replacement or return of corked or damaged wine. You must contact us and receive an authorization to return wine. Most states do not permit the return of alcohol products. We cannot refund any purchase that has not received a prior return authorization. Any item or bottle of wine that is not in its original ship to condition or in the carton we used to ship the wine, cannot be returned. Once the wine is received we will send you another bottle of the same wine or refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine and shipping.
Due to the nature of massage products and lingerie, and to ensure the health and safety of staff and customers, we can only accept a return or exchange on any of these items if they are defective or damaged. Once these items leave our warehouse they are considered used and unsaleable. Please be sure to inspect your items upon receipt.
Items that are defective will need a manufacturer warranty exchange form filled out for replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of having received the defective product at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information about the exchange process.
Items that were damaged in transit can be returned for store credit or replacement. Please take a picture of the damaged box, repackage the product, all batteries, and accessories that came with your product, and contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of having received the damaged item so we may issue you a return authorization.
Books and unopened games may be returned within 30 days. Once we receive the return, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of these products less shipping and handling. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
